One Salon Designer Andrea Favot is keeping the beat in the industry with these flawless designs she crafted in the past few weeks. If you’d like to follow her trends head over to Instagram and follow @andreafavot. The first look we’re displaying is a client who had previously colored her hair. Andrea did a seamless soft ombre w/balayage highlights. To complete the look, Andrea used Kerastase Gloss Appeal topcoat spray for amazing shine.
What is balayage?
“Balayage is a French colouring technique that was developed in the 1970s. It’s a freehand technique where the colour is applied by hand rather than using the traditional foiling or cap highlighting techniques. Balayage can be used in even the shortest pixie crop however the best results is in hair below the shoulders” ~ Vogue Australia
“No heat, no glue, no damaging braiding or bonds. The hair is reusable and will last up to 6 months. You can curl, straighten, and color them. They are comfortable and easy to maintain. They also come in multiple textures to match hair types. They will fall with your natural hair and mimic the way your hair falls as well. I customize each placement of extensions per client to make sure they fit each clients head shape.” – Andrea Favot / One Salon Designer
