One Salon and Spa is unable to issue refunds on salon services. We constantly strive for the utmost in personal care to consistently provide you with quality and efficient service. If you are dissatisfied with any service at One Salon for any reason, please notify the salon management within 7 days of the service. We require that you return to the salon so the service provider and salon management can inspect your hair.
One Salon will make every effort to resolve any issues by scheduling a redo appointment with the designer who performed the service no later than 10 days after the initial service, at no charge. If you wish to see a designer other than the designer who performed the service, you will be charged for any redo services.
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at One Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. This allows time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as, keep our One Salon team member’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. If you “no show” for more than two scheduled appointments, you maybe required to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to schedule another appointment.
One Salon accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and personal checks. A $35 bank fee will be applied to any checks returned as Not Sufficient Funds. We do not accept American Express.
One Salon requires deposits for extension, wedding, and texturizing services.
Gratuity is not included with any service or package; however, in appreciation for outstanding service may be given at your discretion. One Salon cannot process gratuity via credit card.
One Salon does not provide refunds on retail products. Unopened or unused products may be returned for exchange only. Products may not be returned after 14 days from purchase. All skin care is final sale.
